Sample Daniel Fast Daily Meal Plan
Breakfast
- 1 cup cooked oatmeal topped with
- 1 TBS ground flaxseeds
- 2 TBS raisins
- 2 TBS walnuts
Snack
- 1/2 cup almonds and dried apples
Lunch
- Mixed green salad (lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, bell peppers)
- 2 TBS Sunflower seeds
- Olive oil and vinegar to taste
Snack
- 1 cup fresh fruit salad: strawberries, blueberries, kiwis and pineapple
Dinner
- Lentil soup
- Avocado
- Wheat tortilla
