Easy Roasted Broccoli and Cauliflower Recipe
Broccoli and cauliflower have a lot in common (and unfortunately are often the two left behind on the veggie trays). They’re from the same vegetable family Brassicaceae, shaped the same, can be prepared the same, and have many nutritional benefits. Roasting broccoli and cauliflower (aka baking in the oven) is an easy cooking method that yields amazing flavor.
Just a little bit of oil, sea salt, and pepper, and the crispy texture and flavor from cooking in the oven will be a nice change if you’re used to raw or steamed vegetables.
